Had been a while, but tonight I coached a Foundations class, an introductory class, at Sunflower Strength & Conditioning. My son’s soccer practices were on the same days and I was able to schedule those evenings off. Since soccer practice is over, for now, I’m back on the Foundations Coach roster.
Had a class of one tonight. A 50+ year old woman. She blew my mind. Her mobility was decent, she was extremely coachable, and she worked so damn hard! Her motivation motivated me.
I needed that. Thank you.
